Today the trigami Dog and myself took a trip to Bern to visit eBay International Headquarters. We met with Yves Mäder  (Head of Marketing) and Frank Mickeler (Internet Marketing Manager). As promised we took a group photo:

Approximately 100 people work in Bern for eBay and all the International markets outside the US are coordinated from there.

The meeting with Yves and Frank was very interesting. Thanks for the invitation!

We just launched the beta-version of trigami tonight & started the campaign for BLACKSOCKS.

These things are new:
#1: Self-service system for customers
#2: Affiliate program update: We pay 50 EUR / 80 CHF for each new customer after he purchases his first five reviews
#3: We changed the review-process: All bloggers now have to apply themselves for offers

We are very happy that we could convince BLACKSOCKS to give our service a try. We’re looking forward to creative reviews about this interesting company.

I am very happy to announce that trigami is among the best 38 startups at SF Start up. Out of a total 937 applications a top 100 was selected which had to pitch in front of a jury. Then 38 were selected and had to pitch in front of another jury.

I have to admin that my pitch was pretty lousy. I don’t like it when I can’t use power-point, plus I was pretty nervous. But hey, it was a great experience and I only can get better :-).
